It’s the launch of a new product that will ether make it or break it. During the launch, your product or service will make the most profits it’s ever going to make. People always want what’s new. You have to plan to get your product/service out of the door in a blaze of glory, maximize your sales, build your lists and capitalize on the backend – then start planning the next product!
And be prepared to judge your success in terms of more than just the cash benefits (though they are obviously very important). If you do it right, a good launch will provide you with:
